These proxies are horrible... I need a refund. I just signed up and they are unusable. Too slow, cant even load up a basic webpage like twitter or facebooks homepage. I need a refund. I will get mods involved if I have to.

1. i have not replied, as first thing that came to my mind - competitors shaming me.
Reasons:
1. New user with 0 history
2. No such username on my proxy.army shop
3. HIs claim "I sent multiple messages and DM's here" - have not received any messages nor here, nor on my shop

Secondly, once I saw his message, I sent a DM to him wanting to resolve the issue. Instead of answering like normal human being he asks why I need his username on my shop?
I mean, seriously? Which way I can even refund if I don't know who is asking for refund and if he is even sent any payment for the service.

So, please, just answer my DM if you are the real customer which is unhappy and I will gladly resolve it than make this more of the show :)
 
Hmm, what makes you better than 911 considering the product is pretty similar but actually more expensive?

1. Most of their IPs are not residential
2. Many blacklisted IPs vs Fresh residential untouched makes the biggest difference
3. We have all coutnries.
4. Usually, you can use our IP for days/weeks once it's needed.
