Yes, the world really paid off!,
I started my channel in DEC 2020, got 300000 views in less than 1 week.
Ever since the I am uploading the videos and views are coming but the last 4 days have been super duper!
I started uploading the things which are trending, for example in football whatever is happening my channel was the first to upload video on it(40%shorts and 60% normal resolution videos).
I think this is key, you guys have to check it out, if it works for you then cheers!.
And no my channel is not in Youtube partnership programme cause my videos are taken from live telecast or some streaming site, but I am planning to build a subscribers base here and I have started other YouTube channel where I discuss the relevant sports with my face on and it is growing because of this( i put the video at endscreen, so people click on it.) This is a good strategy and anyone can do it.
My second channel subscribers has been over 1000+ just waiting for the view hours to cross 4000 hours then

secondly there are plenty of channels getting high traffic with shorts.
shorts algorithm is powerful.
there are people getting 400M to 700M views per month using shorts

Well I cant tell you the niche but its in sports, traffic is mainly from UK,US, netherland,germany,india

Recent videos are not of shorts, they are normal resolution videos and youtube is recommending it to people a lot.
As I stated I am diverting traffic to my other channel where I do analysis with commentary and Face. The plan is to get monetization on the channel and use this channel for traffic diversion and creating a community.
