How? I was creating 30 accounts per day, and they were working good... ad approved under 5 minutes, but today all my ads rejected under 5 minutes... even tried new domain, new creative same... but it was working so good...

Probably true that Snapchat heightened its rules. More people are using it maybe that's why they are stricter

Don't believe you can do much better than Adult CPA with the Snapchat platform, it's been done, rehashed, repeated but with a creative mind it's still VERY possible.

But that's my opinion, the connection to dating is just for me personally the clearest path.

But then again, why even funnel them to Snapchat? You could send the traffic straight to the offer you promote from the traffic source. That is unless your traffic source has directly to do with Snapchat, in which case it's reasonable.

It's more about where your traffic originates from than from what platform you send them to offers.
