Hello all,
I would like to share my experience with the forum and maybe help can be found here.
Currently i´m testing 5 SMM panels and their various offerings in different projects:
- Insta
- Tiktok
- Spotify
- etc.
At smmfansfaster.com only Spotify Plays! So my experience here refers only to Spotify Service.
A total of 250,000 plays (monthly listeners) spread over 5 albums of different artists within the last 2-3 weeks.
At the beginning the streams seemed ok, about 10 days ago the problems started. Since then no more plays are rolling in.
The ticket system works well as with the other SMM panels, the feedback... well... often fast, within a few hours, but mostly unqualified.
- "yes, we take care" but nothing happens
- "the order number is wrong" no, its correct... "ah, sorry" but nothing happens
- the last ticket includes 10 bookings with 100.000 plays, here is a missing feedback since Fridays 2021-08-13 09:25:49 (today is sunday 2PM) >>> 48h.
Mistakes can always happen, but transparency and solutions is key.
Don't get me wrong, if I order 10,000 plays and get 9,000 get , I wouldn't care.
Live and let live, but ordering 250,000, delivering only 7,000 of the first 10,000 and 0 (yes, zero) of the last just doesn't fit.
I also want to make it clear that I am not interested in 100$, I am looking for a long term and reliable partner.
Other SMM panel also had Spotify outages in the last few days, it seems like a few days ago the mother of them all had the outage. However, others found a solution.
To give the provider a fair chance to respond here the last ticket number: 93331
Maybe we can find a solution ;-)

i prefer transparency. If you show screenshots with a date, please don't just show the ones where you look good.
2 Days without a feedback!
Just after my post here I received a feedback. Since then, there have been several feedbacks, all these in a fair time frame.
Also the support is always friendly.
Correct is that the orders for which the performance is 0 (yes, zero) were refunded.
I asked three times to send me back my remaining balance.
The orders with 70% or less I no longer care. It is not worth the hassle and time, so I placed new orders at two other SMM Panels.

NOW... I own an account with 104$ credit, but trust destroyed.
Mistakes can always happen, but it is crucial how you deal with them.
The customer is not always right, but you should have understanding for solutions.
My experience is limited to Spotify, other services may work better.
As long as everything works and you don't need the support, the service may be ok.
Based on the experience, I will not use the service and would not recommend it to any of my friends.
