I still don't understand, are we going to use Facebook ads in this method?
Do you guarantee that $0.28 cost per lead for any niche?

No, you do not need a facebook ad account.

Instead my blueprint will show you step-by-step how to use a third party system so you can run facebook lead gen ads. But you only pay if somebody actually opts-in to your email list. If they do not opt-in, then it is free to run the ad campaign. So none of the money you spend is wasted.

The minimum bid is usually $0.28, which is what i pay. But it is an auction.

How do you mean this is auction? Does it mean you can be charged more? Or will end up paying more than the said 0.28 USD?
