It all depends on how many situation you have faced. I never been in such situation and for me learning stage was/ is never a issue.

Please tell me, I'm trying to launch an advertisement, I use an antidetect browser for multiacouting, a resident proxy or ssh, I warm it up with a search for several days before creating an account, create an account , campaign, The daily budget of the search campaign is 5-12 $. After I add payment information (name, surname, zip code, card),
I get an instant ban for payments.
What can you advise to overcome this problem? And wanted to know what are the normal daily budgets for a campaign? Since 5-12 seems to me a little)))

You are facing instant ban just after payment. there could be issue with Card. Run a test trial use same process but real card / different VCC provider this time.

Look there is no fix answer to solve your problem. All you can do is, to try so many permutation & combination and observe the success rate.

How do I hide my trails payment-wise when doing BH PPC promoting illegal products?

Nothing is illegal in world, just want is allowed and what is disallowed by any network .

Why you want hide payment trail . Technically you can hind the payment methods , incoming payment route with who receive the payment .
Please explain you question bit more , so that I may add my inputs

Let's say I do promotion of something through Google Ads that is illegal by law in a specific country.

I need to pay for my ads, and if someone comes looking for the person doing the ads and I have my creditcard connected to my company account in the Google Ads account to pay for the illegal advertisements. They can track it.

I use proxies, cloudflare etc. But the payment is my own CC.

Just buy some CC from marketplace, you can find reloadable cards

You are getting suspended because google is relating old new ad accounts data with old suspended account .

Now how get approval at your desired keywords . Find a niche which is related to your real website and setup campaign for those niche with ad copy targeting to your real audience. After approved you know the next step ,.

Now how get approval at your desired keywords . Find a niche which is related to your real website and setup campaign for those niche with ad copy targeting to your real audience. After approved you know the next step ,.

You can't use brand name ad copy but you can write same words using different letters.
You can try dynamic ad copy which is generated by google at run time according to user search input

I created a campaign last week and it run for couple hours and the account got suspended for suspisous payment activity , I contacted them multiple times via appeal form and all I get is automated email

Google does not allow scams. Why do you want to target amazon customer service? it's pretty clear that it's a scam.
