There is no rule set which activity is going to flag red. so no direct answer to you question. But I give you thought .

If payment method change, if payment country change change, funding from multiple account can be marked by Google bot as doubtful event .

how to fix that, and i have paid my ads, i don't know why it says you have an unpaid balance!.

Make a Website / Landing page about tube channel description, video content type, how user can take banifite with your you tube videos.
Promote this landing page as your brand . most of people are doing like this.

follow google skill shop adwords cources, earn certifications. You can also find some stuffs related to google ads at UDEMY
 
hey got a question.
My niche is BH.
so I set up a WH campaign to warm up and started with fresh IP, billing, and the rest of the things.
let it run for 2 weeks.

Made a new BH campaign. Worked fine for 7-8 hours and now its been 2 days both of my campaign wh and bh show 'We don’t know why your ads aren’t showing for this search'
So I guess it's under review. What are the chances of my account going suspended?
I'm not sure If there's anything you can tell me about this but I'll wait for your feedback on this.

I do have experience of promoting crypto with and without cloaking. What issue you are doing with crypto niche
 
"Circumventing Systems Policies" suspension, i assume its because of the ad and keywords or maybe its somehow detecting cloaker from the lander, main keywords are: bitcoin, earn btc, start trading & investing, etc.

I am looking to run it for: display ads & search ads.

How are you able to run it without cloaker?
 
Circumventing policy violation happen when you abuse gads major TOS billing, payment, cloaking etc

To run again you need brand new set of Google account, landing, domain, hosting IP.

Yes you run ads without cloaking. Cloaking required to redirect traffic to money page.
 
Hey, one doubt!

I have a client that has to pause and resume his campaigns every month (he sells Cars, and they don't have stock all the time). How would you solve It, so when they have stock again, they won't have to suffer those weeks of learning phase?

Learning stage is just for 5 days and campaign do well even in learning.

Learning stage is not a bad situation for campaign.
Whenever you pause the camping and enable again Google observe for ad position , estimated CPC bid.

Try maunal CPC with no campaign objective selected.
