Working on CPA email submits -- need your input

I've had a little success with CPA by paying people a very low price to enter in emails that I provide for them. Now I want to scale this into a measurable and reliable system.. like low-scale for now at $20 per day per network. Any ideas where I can find people readily willing to do this kind of task?

I'll report IN DETAIL any successes with the suggestions people have for this.

What confuses me about people like you is if you spent just a tad bit more time and effort you'd be able to bring legitimate traffic to your offers. I'll never understand why people like to constantly be hiding from networks by committing fraud.

Well.. I do plan to send PPV & PPC traffic to get legit leads, but need startup capital first. Also the emails I would have them submit aren't crap so it's not like they get totally screwed.

You will get screwed when the leads don't convert. That's how it works.
