Hey guys I wanted to ask for your opinion. I hired an seo guy over seas and he tells me he can do 15-20 manual back links a day and submit reports on it daily I asked him if he can do like 30-40 he politely declined and said that it was to difficult that 15-20 quality back links manually in an 8 hour shift was intense work every day what do you think. does anyone have any experience with this hiring over seas, what do you you think is decent amount of back links daily for a full time employee and for a part time employee. submitting work daily with reports

Don't do it. Either he has no knowledge of any sort of tools, or he's playing you.

I think 50 quality backlinks is more than doable for an 8 hr day.

note: when i say tools, i mean to find good websites to post on and to get good content around your link for all of them...not to automate the whole process...just though i'd include that before some bored troll starts flaming

thats one lying son of an ass bitch!
My worker does like 30backlinks/hour and works full day for minimal payment building backlinks for all my sites- dont deal with that sucker!

I will blast you 125 of them in like 10 minutes, for a small fee of course.

Ok he's from the philipines and im paying him $500 a month. His resume shows alot of experience managing a team of 40 back linkers and seo guys and ranking first page for highly trafficed terms. He told me it takes time to find and post quality white hat back links so 15-20 is what he can do. What do you guys think. He's does on page and off page and seems to be highly knowledgable from the 1 month I've worked with him it's just I ask myself if that's enought linking for a full time job every day. Also if you think it's bad what do you think is a good price in the philipines for highly qualified seo link builder an team leader and were do you guys think I can find some Good quality employees online.

That amount of backlinks is really low. usually I do 100+ or even double for the day. (that includes the usual link building activities).

or maybe he's always looking for high PR page backlinks not just the domain.
or maybe he's looking for page that are not spammed. you're the one to tell the quality of links that he gives to you. But for me, the amount of links is really insufficient for the day. I'd rather look for someone else.

sounds a bit of a bum deal mate would bother myself either

i have someone from the philippines that I pay $200/month and she can do around 50 links a day. the offer is shite.

Yes. I know why. The Philipines tends to have a VERY slow internet connection. The simplest page load may take FOREVER. If it's hurricane season...forget about!

Why don't you outsource each task to vendors that specialize in the task you have at hand. That way, it is easier to determine if the job is done or not.

It's tough hiring an actual employee overseas and managing them.

Some people lose their speed and motivation when Big Papa isn't hovering over their shoulder.

There's plenty of affordable Xrumer services you can find on this forum that can give you thousands more links in a few days than a single employee can do in a month by hand. And you can't beat the price for the Xrumer services.

Automation and computers is the way of the future...so I once heard.

Hi,

I'm a SEO/linkbuilder guy myself. What I can say is that it really depends on what kind of links your employee is giving you.

If its from link exchange, I can even only do 200 backlinks (pr 1 above) per month even with 10hours of work before.

If its from high pr blog commenting, hell, I think its more difficult. Especially if the permalink itself has the PR and not just the homepage.

If hes doing article submission, it takes time before they actually post your article with your link. Same goes for link directory submission which takes 3months before you can see your link.

But if your talking about about linkwheel, forum links, web 2.0 links and hes just giving you that number then its not enough. Well if you really want the links to stick and not get your accounts banned then theirs a special sauce there that also takes time. Like for example if you want to put links in forum. You dont just create an account and dump links. You have to post a little too or else the admin will delete your account.

For 500$ per month I can do more that he can. lol. <<----- Seriously:)

How did you know that the connection in the Philippines is so Slow..??do you have any proof on that..? I think the connection is doesn't matter.. What important is you can deliver what the client want to her/his sites... I have clients from U.S which is very satisfy on my work, the important is make the client satisfy on what they want..:-):D;) BTW @Ikorky if you need some one who will work to your site then you can PM me,....:rolleyes:

Quality over quantity. If he's giving you researched, niche related quality backlinks
then time will be a factor. Anyone can make links but few can make quality links.
If he seems knowledgeable put him on a trial and make him know it.

I agree with r.arbuis. It depends on the links that he gives you, I myself do link building. For my client, i do 2-way link exchange and can do 200 with pr 4+ on the homepage and 2+ on its linkpage (take note its manual), for 3-way link exchange (which is a lot difficult to campaign, your linkpage here will be clean as white teeth) 100.

But when its directory submission, hell, you can spam your links with a lot of tools, use SEnuke!

If it's quality backlinks yes 15-20 a day is too low, I offer similar service and you should certainly be getting more quality backlinks per day than he does for you. Shoot me a pm if you want to try someone else with experience, even on a months trial I would be able to work for you for a far better price. Just to point out it's manual submissions by myself, no spammy links and no software used, only high quality backlinks.

If you are from the Philippines and you feel offended by my factual statement, then I apologize if it upset you.

I speak from experience. Had a few employees over there in the past as well as my partner is from the Philippines. They ALL agreed that the connection was CRAPPY in Manila.

If you have a superior connection, cool beans. :cat3:
