No I don't. I think your traffic might be the problem. Select Country on 'Group by' dropdown and sort the impressions from high to low and see what country is on the top. I doubt USA will give you 0.01 CPM because I got $4.5 for USA traffic today so far.

That's a good start. Now you just need to focus on one thing at a time and make it work. I know it's easier said than done, but that's the only way to reach your goal.
Nice! Did you talk to your AM frequently? because I couldn't reach out my AM for days somehow. Not sure why.
Just don't use the native banner. But the other banners. At this point I think you need to talk to your AM.

They won’t give me an AM until I make 100$ for few weeks in a row daily. That’s what support told me. Too bad, really thaught I can monetize my traffic better. With 70% tier1 I get a fixed 1.1 pop CPM on Galaksion.
