LOL. $12 is a whole new internet setup where I live. Could setup my own mobile for $5 with unlimited bandwidth on youtube or facebook.
Soon I will see whether I need bots or other strategies.

Type of business someone in my town wanted to start but they failed due to their lack of idea of how this type of business should work.

Been reading all of the threads and I must say I am quite fascinated about the fingerprinting (the part where you can reduce the chance of getting a harder captcha by injecting cookies that have a history) aspect as a developer who works in the advertising field.
I have two questions for you
1) Do you have any idea how much data you use a month (on avg) on a single modem? It's pretty much impossible to get an unlimited data plan where I live, so I will probably be looking into buying mobile proxies or experiment with resi proxies if it is too high.
2) Have you tried to automate the 'cookie aging' process? (Docker + puppeteer to generate completely fresh fingerprints with different images? I could be completely off with this one as it could be very easy to detect for a reason that I can't think of right now)

2) Yes, everything is automated, I avoid manual work as much as possible.
Yes, pretty accurate, but node.js can be used for a lot of things, mostly async tasks that can be run in a lot of threads.
Yes, I think it's called affiliate marketing, I promote various offers and get a commission from every sale.
I can't help you without knowing the exact setup you use, what TLDs you use, what you are typing in your comments, etc. there are just too many variables.

Depending on the country you could get 200-400% ROI on this, yes.
There are so many examples in this forum, you just should look around.
You need a basic setup of modems and configuration to give out proxy access to your customers. When that is done, buy a jr. VIP here and make a sales thread. Get your first customers and do anything manually if needed. Scale up to 10-15 customers, then find a way to build a customer panel where they can do a checkout, etc.
ban the abusers, you do not need any kind of lawyers, just copy terms and services from other providers. When you will get big enough to face any problems you will have enough capital to deal with it the right way.

50+ modems now, but most of them are not used at moment, when I will start to target other social media platforms, probably I will have to scale up to 200 modems.

I believe OP stated he does pay per sale offers. I think the more difficult thing though is the whole technical setup to this method, but once you get that down you could almost direct traffic to almost any offer at will then optimize to get higher conversions
