Need advice about offline business

Hi everyone! I have a friend who has an established offline business that mainly produces and sells bedding products. The problem is that revenues are stagnant and the business is not moving forward. Plus it has no online presence. I am kinda thinking if I could do something about it.


I need some business advice here. What should I do to help to grow the business? What steps to take first?


I know that there are experienced entrepreneurs and marketers on this forum. But is there any other good forum that deals with types of questions (about offline businesses)?

I think you haven't read the thread. OP is already having an established business. He just need some ideas to push the sales.

OP said the sales are stagnant. For an offline business, offline marketing is very important. Sometimes, just getting the attention of the passersby is enough to drive up the sales. It's very simple but effective.

Online presence can come later.
