[Method] How to effectively find keywords with Ahref?

Guys, is it me or is it ahref? Are they randomly displaying data?

And in comparison - here is MOZ for that domain. Looks a lot more realistic:

And Serpstat:

I honestly wish I would not have started digging. I won't trust any of those figures anymore.
Might have to check, this seems very unrealistic. I never noticed that. Let me check and I will let you know if I find the same discrepancies!

Already shared but a good reminder with better illustrations.
Still thrilled about discrepancies.

Don't remember link but ahref discusses this on their blog and explains the reason. Nothing to worry too much about.

Especially since results have been great for most people.

Ehem? I'm sure there is a reason, but I DO worry about it. How am I supposed to make an infomed decision, if every part of their tool offers a different result?
Mind you, we are talking about a full domain here (with all its subdomains), I am not changing countries or something in between. And the differences are not a few points up or down, they are massive.

Can you find the link source for that? Many of us might get a clarification.

there are look like a problem related to wrong data

Thank you for sharing

how do you find what keywords they use? Im using moz
I am not sure about Moz. If you want about ahref, the process is simple, open the main page.

On the left top corner, you can see "Site Explorer"

Enter the domain you wish to target in the Site Explorer by filtering out via the method mentioned above and then click the "Organic Keywords" tab. That is it.

Cool guide, thanks. I also know that you can search by Keywords Explorer, entering a keyword and analyzing the tops in a niche.

Pretty unique strategy, thanks for sharing! I guess it's time to signup for Ahrefs again, will try this out for my new website!

I am bookmarking this as have some keyword research coming up for a new site of mine

Possibly take those domains that you are going to try to compete with and look at organic keywords on them also in ahrefs? That would show you what words are driving their traffic and given low DR you probably could rank easily for the keywords if you have keyword targeted content.

That's the next thing you should do ideally.

Nice guide. You should avoid sites that are getting a lot of referral traffic. It's better to confirm the stats from another tool and manual research to make sure that there are no discrepancies.

This adds to my other methods of finding niches, Great share OP
