I just want to know what is the best email marketing method

# Want to send all emails (at least 85% or 90%) directly to Gmail inbox without goes to spam folder

I've used Zoho Campaigns in the past. It is an inexpensive, but competent email marketing software. A bit restricted when it comes to customizing the given templates, but you get used to it. The analytics are amazing.

Your emails certainly will not go in spam, but might end up in the Promotions section of the Inbox. Test your broadcast emails before sending them out, and see where it ends up.

Pro-tip: Avoid too many links in the email, and keep the email as simple as possible. Fancy HTML code indicates to Google that your email is a promotion.

Get bunch of gmails which are old. Group them and send via them .. Even though to you will see around 30 to 40% inbox only.

Without warmup you cannot reach 50 to 60%

to reach 70% or above you need atleast 4 to 5 months steady reputation on sender impossible with gmails cause by now you will be kicked out.

I have question please, We were running mass send to Gmail on opted-in data, Gmail has updated something related with SPF, it accept traffic only with Pass in SPF, Do you have any idea how I can send again, Since my last system was basic, we had a VPS and contos7, installed with pmta, with self hosted application. now my traffic is getting bounced. I understand warming to land to inbox is hard these days.

Just add TXT record to your sender domain.

hosted applications are worst they just make things bad for sending nothing else .. you cannot even use such applications for external SMTP. .. Warmup can be done in hours sometimes too its totally based on what your sending.

It will be hard to send 100.00 emails per day without being banned, and it looks suspicious already that you managed to collect such a huge list, so I guess the leads didn't give you some clear consent to use their mails, so you also have to be careful about that. There are tools for sending bulk emails, but still not in that amount. I suggest that you first validate all addresses and see if they are all good, and then do some kind of list segmentation and separate leads based on some criteria and start sending no more than 10.000 emails per day. It will take time, but it would be less risky.
