I have used many services on BHW all these years and they have all been great. That's why I never felt a need to write any negative comments.

HOWEVER, the service I have received from Keyapp.top IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! If you are keen to try their service, PLEASE STOP NOW!

The installs that they provided me for the free $20 trial order was fine and all installs were counted in my app pages. BUT THE HORROR STARTS when I deposited my own money to create my own order. Suddenly, ALL the installs were absolutely terrible and Google confirmed to me that it treated all these installs as fraudulent.

WHAT IS THE WORST is that Keyapp.top now turns around and says to me that their installs were never meant to be counted in app pages. They only tell you this AFTER you have made payment and bought a useless campaign

I STRONGLY ADVISE ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

As I can see you have contacted our support team with a request to promote your app for the keywords. Our support agent has set campaigns for you and your app is now ranked 1 position for all the promoted keywords.
The service our company provides is a keywords promotion service. We help apps to raise their position for the keywords on AppStore and PlayStore. Considering that your app now ranks 1 position for the promoted keywords after the service so we believe that it is a pretty successful result.
There is no information on our website that the installs will show up on the app page as this is not the purpose of the keywords promotion.
All the keyword installs reflect in your developers’ console on the market. If you do not see the delivered installs in Google Developer Console, you are welcome to send us a screenshot and we will proceed with the refund if the installs were not reflected.

I see that it wasn't discussed with managers that you have the aim to increase the number of users and number on the listing page, so in this case, we would have offered you another type of service. They just keep telling me that using terrible crappy installs (which Google will DEFINITELY flag out as fraudulent and blacklist your app) to boost keyword ranking is exactly the service that Keyapp.top is supposed to provide. What logic is this!?!?
