I noticed during my order execution that all the watch hours were being directed to only 1 video (out of total 11 videos) - more than 50 % of the watch time ordered. I immediately raised the ticket on your site (ticket ID - 125397) , but nothing has happened.

Now that 1 video is reching alomst 60% of the ordered watch time. While most of the other have received 0 watch hours from your service.


I haven't received any response, so I am messaging you here.


I expect to receive the service I have paid for. Please stop adding all the watch hours to only 1 video and distribute the watch hours to all the 11 videos of the channel as described in the service.

The order has not been completed as per the description, even after reporting earlier on - This is accpeted by the support. They are giving excuses instead of doing something to deliver as promised.

I am not after any refunds, just want the service I have paid for.

This has been going on for more than a week and is unnecessarily wasting time.
