First of all, my rate for their service is 2/5.

I replenished balance for my account on May 30th, 2021.

Issue 1: I tried to buy personal shared proxy but I couldn't. It asked me to verify my account before buying personal shared proxy. "Oh! OK. Good I can do it ". I clicked "Verify" button and entered my phone number. I'm still waiting for SMS code. I contacted to support and mentioned about this issue. It's stated that their specialists would check it. Guess what! I'm still waiting solution for such a basic problem.

Issue 2: Again I contacted to support and asked them to add two personal shared proxies for me until that verification issue to be fixed. Thanks God! They did it! However, don't think this can be such that easy man! One of the proxies is not working to access "123-reg.co.uk" (I have not tried the second one yet). So, guess what? Sure, I contacted to support again mentioned about the problem. He/she said that those (personal shared) proxies might be banned from some services. I said then you should provide a list of those services before we buy those proxies. And I added "how can we know that". Here comes my favourite answer; "The price of these proxies is justified for this". Then, I said OK, Could you please replace that proxy. I think you already guessed the answer; "WE CANNOT DO THAT".

As a result, you have to gamble while buying (if you can) a personal shared proxy from their service. If the proxy does not work for the service you are trying to access, you have to drink a cold water for the money you paid and buy a new one. You know what while gambling, the house always wins!

SMS sending of codes works perfectly. We checked it for a few times. Please try to use other phone number for SMS. Anyway you got proxies vithout verification as exeption.
Also you had used proxy for more than 2 days and requested their changing, thus your request was rejected. You could have banned them.
Please try to use another GEO of proxy for access to 123-reg.co.uk.

1. On your mobile proxies ("Unlimited mobile proxies") - can I get these without the 5 minute auto-rotation but with a manual rotation/reset? I am using these for social media accounts, and IP hopping raises flags, I need the manual-rotate to switch IPs between account switches.

2. On your "Exclusive Proxy" offer (mix of 50,000 IP addresses - WIFI and mobile) - can I get these with a sticky session? So no auto-rotation, but rotation when manually requested? Also can I select which IP (either the IP itself, or filter via geographic region) I go out on at a particular time?

1. You can request for private device with needed GEO or operator and set needed parameters for them. There is possibility to rotate IP manually or with API.
2. Our Exclusive proxies rotate IP's forcibly, you can't fix needed IP unfortunately

So don't believe it, they slow down the transactions, throw you out of the contract, take your money and protect your rights again. No respect for customers. Their sole purpose is to make money. I was scammed because the customer representative deliberately did not answer me and waited for 1 hour. I have been writing for 1 year many times and there is no money back. There's an injustice here, my $100 wasted. you be careful.
