The method is exactly similar to how I do it only thing I have a different way to get content, I also add some backlinks sometimes.
I know this method works and not only starter income you can scale it as a good source of recurring income also.

I have started doing this since feb this year and have sold 5 out of 8. Other 3 I got offers on FB groups so sold them there instead.

Are FB paying better than flippa?

For hosting Hostkoala is my goto choice cheap and good quality hosting. Quality matters because if your website is down while someone views your listing you almost lost a potential bidder.
For domains you have to search gone are days when it was easy to grab a $5 or less domain. Try checking on tld list that's what I use, I am ok in paying upto $10 for these sites.

I took a look at the flippa listing and saw some shopify dropshiping starter sites for sale. They are quite easy to make and require no hosting + you also get some commission from shopify

Okay so you are here after that thread title of mine bit clickbait but don't worry this method has a potential to make a lot of money.

So coming straight to the point here is the method:

Requirements:

• Knowledge how to setup wordpress websites.
• Basic English.
• Verified Flippa account.
• Access to any tool that you are aware of to create/rewrite/generate readable content.

The Method Summary:

1. You need to select any broad and general niche let's say dog care or dog protection as an example here.
2. Use your tool to create/rewrite/generate readable content.
3. Create your website/blog.
4. List it under starter website & earn your profit.
5. These sites can sell from $80 to $150 or more easily.

For content I use multiple tools all free ones. Let's consider Conversio.ai here will be using free Trial 10K words enough to create a website.
Now what you have to do is find a similar blog/website in the same niche. Check the articles on the website and pick the ones to use on your website.
I am not going into details how to pick which posts you should choose. The forum has numerous guides where it has been explained how to do your niche research and pick keywords and topics to write.

Now you have the blog post/article that you are going to rewrite. Pick the headings and feed them to the AI and you will find yourself with a nice piece of the rewritten version original article.
It takes me 15-20 minutes to create 1 article. The best part in this method is you don't need to do a lot of research after you have already found a website to pick your articles.

Alternatively you can use any good spinning rewriting tool to produce readable content from target website/blog. Feed this version in chunks of 400 words to conversion.ai content improver tool and get your article.

Currently I am trying with a dropshipping project 30-50 products all rewritten with conversion.ai. Will list it on flippa let's see how this one goes.

You can easily create 1 or 2 websites in 2-3 days and put them on sale either on flippa starter section or facebook groups.

First of all, thanks for sharing.

Second, not sure where you came with "earn $200/week minimum"?

Third, I can not believe how many people think it's easy to do this.

If you are going to sell on Flippa, one thing is for sure, people will not buy BS spam sites, period!

Maybe, just maybe 1 out of 10 sites...

With this method, you need to grind your ass to get to $200/week.

I'm not saying it's impossible, just putting things in their place.

Plus, with all the new Google updates and the fact that Google wants the search to focus on quality, the fact that spam sites are increasingly penalized is a huge question of how much you can REALLY do with this in '21.

My 2 cents, if you're already building sites, do it the way you should.

This method can create a long-term website with a proper strategy that you can sell for more but maybe not on flippa.
I found it better to invest time for such a thing instead of creating a spun website.
Better to go with a 9-5 work to get a few bucks, invest in your IM journey, and build something sustainable.
