A full-time developer. Typically, that's 40 hours per week. There's 4 weeks in a month. So 40 x 4 = 160. $500 divided by 160 hours is $3.12. That's $3.12 an hour.

You're offering programmers slave wages when they're normally the highest paid skilled workers in this industry. Good luck, bud.

I give my VA more than 4$ per hour
and you want to get a programemr for 3$ per h?

Wishful thinking.... good luck finding someone who is excellent at Python and/or C++. You need to do some labor market research for this. Either sacrifice on the 'experienced/excellent' or raise the budget, considerably!

I am sure that here you need to really understand that the prices for programmers are high now. Especially if they are first-class experts. In any case, the price seems to me very low for a huge amount of work.

Come on mate, pay people what they are worth. I'd be open to it if the budget can be increased.

I hope you're not suggesting the price is too low.. :suspicious:
