I've just heard on local news today: TikTok has 730 billion users.

That doesn't mean is right, they just did a mistake. I doubt whatever you shared is also real, DYOR first.

Doubt even 4 million americans own btc. Probably around 1 million people who have 6 to 7 btc wallets so they think its different people!
