Google Ads suspension

Hi,

This is my first post in the forum, I hope that someone helps me because I really have lot of problems with google Ads account.

I'm working completly in white hat domain... I have a normal e-commerce store.

At the begining I created A google merchant account and google ads account, my GMC account get suspended and I have a message citing "misrepresentation ..." also my google ads get suspended ... I contacted GMC support and my GMC account is activated ... but google ads account still suspended. So I canceled the google ads account and create a new one and link it to GMC account ... the result is that this new google ads account get suspended and the support tells me that's because my GMC is suspended (It's not the case).

After that I created a new Google Merchant account and a Google Ads account. I linked the two accounts and start working my compaigns.

To learn I start by doing a manual payement (10 dollars) which I use in the first compaign, then I added a new 10 dollars, then another 10 dollars. After that my balance became 0 dollar and the compaign stopped.

After that I tried to refund my account with 10 dollars and the account get suspended citing: "Your account is suspendedYour account violated the Circumventing systems policy." My Google Merchant account still active.

I checked the products description in my store and I have a doubt because in one of them I have the term "Apple" ... is it possible that's the cause why my account get suspended?

I contacted the support 2 times and i didn't get an answer.

How can I do to resolve this problem?

Is there any solution to have a new account? can I link this new account with my Google Merchant account ?

1 - which niche you are promoting ( legit or restricted ) ?
2 - Did you you any black hat technique ( cloaking etc )

Answer to few queries
1 - You can have many adwords accounts but all account should promote direct domain .
2 - Google ban the new adwords account if you promote the same older domain

I had almost same situation for my Adword account but I kept calling and emailing them till it got reactivated. If you are sure that you have whitehat niche then no need to worry. Chat/call them till they reactivate your account.

As you shared you are promoting legit product / services without blakchat technique then you must wait for google ads term revert. you will definitely get your account . Sometimes google internal audit team took longer to resolve the issue.

But no one want to keep the business on hold waiting some verdict to come. Meanwhile you can manage you campaign creating new account or asking your friend to run your ads and you fund the money...

@Keshav008 I see you joined BHW today : Welcome here. It is better to have tos, privacy policy, disclaimer, etc on the website (although not needed for some niches). Regarding website, one of the important things is good amount of relevant content (landing page with atleast 8 pictures and atleast 1600 words of relevant written material. Yeah, there will be people who say that the quantity of content does not matter, but in reality it does matter, as one of the many things the review bot sees is the quantity of content (there are many other things also that matter, yes).
And also remember that in GAds, success depends on many factors too.

Often, many do not follow the basic rules of google ads and launch ads on prohibited topics without even knowing about it. You may be selling copies of brands or breaking many other rules. Try to persistently ask support for the reason for the ban.

I have a situation that seems weird to me. I created an Ads account to advertise a legitimate, regulated business in the UK. I created a few ads that ran ok for about 2 weeks. On week 3 my account got suspended for Circumventing systems policy. I filled the appeal form and it got reactivated in 2 days. A few hours later it got suspended again. This time I disabled all the ads, filled in the appeal again and the next day it got reactivated. I did NOT start any campaigns this time, wanted to make sure that all is ok. The account got suspended a third time after less than 24 hours passed. NO ads or campaigns were running.
I got sent a business operations verification which I filled in, I removed all the ads and campaigns from my account to make sure nothing was wrong, I paid the outstanding balance of around £70 for the ads, I filled another appeal to get my account reactivated and got refused this time by the message that my account was and still is violating the Circumventing systems policy and that the decision is final and I should not try to open another account with google.
Completely lost at this point.

1) What can I do now? I only was trying to advertise my legitimate business and as far as I am aware was not trying to circumvent anything.

2) Will I be ok to advertise my website if I create another account with a different CC, or will I get suspended for advertising the same domain?
