where signature section in personal profile went?

Five years ago,i was as a salesman of the company to signup the forum where i was able to write my signature as a regular memeber.but Today,There is no the section.Could you give me clean remark to my mess or changes in rule in here?

In order to have a signature on the forum one has to have a paid membership.
