There is no fix formula to run backchat ppc ads ad longer as you can run the some legit niche .. No matter how smart / manipulative you are , its clear that one day your ads will be stop showing and account will get suspended ..
Best way to promote black hat is always be prepared for next step. Alway plan in advance like if your accounts get suspended today you are so much resourceful that you can make another set of domain, adwords account to make campaign live again .
Running blackhat ads is not a big deal but sustainability is .
Just take a real life example . Lets assume your campaign is live and you stated making money . after 10 days your ads stopped and now you are looking for new account domain etc. you will not make good ROI ...You should plan for next campaign when your first ads are running.

Now some tips to you.
1- Don't change you IP address to must. this is also a flag to google BOT.
2 - If you buy adwords account from country A, Fund it from Country A and Access it from country A only for longer lasting ads.

Age ( Experience ) always get some priority over newbie. But it doesn't mean new accounts have less value ...
You can also add some value to your account by doing some certification course. Doing certification and showing on profile could be treated as serious advertiser.
High authority things have less hurdles then others.

The context is for disposable accounts. I'm creating and warming up new accounts at the moment. I tried buying aged accounts but was scammed. I'm asking so I know if I should try buying again (with better research and a more careful approach). Thank you.

Hello, I'm a beginner. I'm running google ads for the first time. So our new e-com website is in the art niche (paintings).
So we ran ads last week for 3 days to test, we chose the smart ads campaign (targeting US) with 10 keywords. Just spent around 70-80 dollars so far and we got :678 Impressions-32 clicks- 2 conversions, conversion rate 6.25 , avg CPC $0.91, CTR 4.72
I've been told that google initially takes time to show results, So can you please tell me how long it might take to turn profitable and how much do you think we should spend daily to improve conversions and how are we doing right now? I know I've not given enough data because it's too early , sorry about that. We'll start a new campaign soon with exact match keywords. I'd really appreciate if you could give me some advice here. Thank you.

There is no such tool to identify the sellers Intent . All you could check the review and feedback about adwords seller. Why dont you Find VCC and create adwords account yourself
Once you setup campaign goal and PPC bidding . Google Takes some time ( approx 5 days ) while campaign is in learning stage to and try different CPC, CPA, Ad positions to deliver you result as per your set goal.
For example if you setup fixed budget of $50 and CPC bid to maximize clicks then google will decide the ad position, and CPC to get ads running longer time and get you maximum clicks in budget specified.
If you fix the budget $50 and CPA to maximum conversion , google will use machine learning skill to get you maximum conversion in set Budget .
You can get best result from 3 days if you have proper keywords, ad copy with clear message about your service offering, negative keywords.
Your CTR and conversion is good. you can increase CTR for pausing less / non performing keywords, editing ad copy and adding better call to action you can achieve better ad spot , better CTR and improved conversion .
Pro Tip : Always have sufficient daily budget do that ads are running all the time for all search query. because you dont know when actual buyer is searching and when some one is just window shopping.

The more you measure data from many sources, you can make better decisions. Linking Google ads data with google analytical help you cross check the user visits. session, bounce rate etc

Your replies here are super broad the basic 101 a junior person knows just stating out.

First pro tip would be to stop smart campaign and not to encourage spending more. Smart camps r worst to run cause u hv no control. 2nd pro tip would be eliminating informative kws with negative kws cause its ecommerce site. Also u forgot to suggest to use different kw options (phrase match, exact match) to eliminate useless traffic that brings no sales. Those r 3 basic first steps.

How can you say these are good numbers without knowing basically anything about product or keywords!? What if he earns 10$ per conversion, and he spends 40$ to get one, that would be -75% ROI, how is that good?
