Foreign stealth paypals... how do you withdraw? (3rd world countries)

I've no access to a US bank account. I've seen Payoneer and Transferwise mentioned, but then many complain of getting banned/ disabled either on Paypal or on Payoneer/ TransferW when withdrawing. I'm banned from Payoneer anyways.

From hours of research it just seems like the whole foreign stealth paypal thing is dead - like only really possible now to make a stealth in the country you're in? Cause then you can sign up for the many online bank services like iCard, Monese, N26 etc to withdraw with. But none of these services are available in my country.

So are there any specific country Paypals that still allow you to use spend PP balance with simple VCC/ VBA verification?
Or alternative withdraw services that anyone has 'stealthed' and use?

Basically anyone here successfully withdrawing from their foreign stealth Paypal?

Just looking for any possible workaround/ method. Desperate at this this point lol

yes ofcourse there is a way. Where are you from and what country paypal you want to have? this is two questions which must be answered to help you

Because I'm not sure what is allowed me to said and not said... Sorry I'm looking to know which VBA I can add to my stealth account and how can I withdraw... It's a US account but most VBA accounts send a debit card to the address and we can't reach there... So what are the best solutions?
 
As long as you follow the rules you will not get banned. If you do anything wrong the mods will let you know.

There are sellers in the market places (misc section) who sell VBA. You should ask them if they can be used with withdraw.
Is sending the funds from your American PayPal to your own PayPal not an option?

Thanks, but I don't know where to go in this section misc section... Also PayPal limited my account years ago I'm not welcome with them anymore that's the problem
 
3rd world people, they do not withdraw. They just buy stuff online for other people or exchange it for local currency. That is the way to go. Sometimes even at a higher USA rate than local rate. So it is profitable too.

just create stealth one. Stealth in real name also possible. Just look around for guides

Hi, I already have my stealth account ready and approved now all I need it to add a VBA or VCC to lift my account because have a daily limit and also looking for solutions to withdraw money from PP account, thanks for replying

There are people who provide the withdrawal services, some charge more some charge less you need to find the one that suits you well. You can get the money either as cards loaded with balance or into your bank accounts.

did you give 2checkout.com a try ? their fees are kinda high but worth it
