Foreign stealth paypals... how do you withdraw? (3rd world countries)

Ok so these days US PayPal accounts require you withdraw to a US bank account. Can't spend paypal balance freely anymore with the whole paypal cash verification thing.

I've no access to a US bank account. I've seen Payoneer and Transferwise mentioned, but then many complain of getting banned/ disabled either on Paypal or on Payoneer/ TransferW when withdrawing. I'm banned from Payoneer anyways.

From hours of research it just seems like the whole foreign stealth paypal thing is dead - like only really possible now to make a stealth in the country you're in? Cause then you can sign up for the many online bank services like iCard, Monese, N26 etc to withdraw with. But none of these services are available in my country.

So are there any specific country Paypals that still allow you to use spend PP balance with simple VCC/ VBA verification?
Or alternative withdraw services that anyone has 'stealthed' and use?

Basically anyone here successfully withdrawing from their foreign stealth Paypal?

Just looking for any possible workaround/ method. Desperate at this this point lol

I have always felt that stealth Paypal is not worth the risk. I can never forget how paypal took my £500 many years ago when I tried using a stealth account. Its even more dead now (in my opinion) with all these restrictions not to talk of them freezing the account for flimsy reasons. A solution I use if I must receive with paypal, is to partner commercially with diasporeans who have paypal accounts, particularly those that are into remittances. They receive on my behalf, and wire the cash in my currency to my bank account after taking out paypal fees and their fees. When paypal locks their accounts, they are able to get on the phone with paypal and square it all out and get their accounts reinstated, something you really cant do with stealth accounts.

Of course if you live where paypal accounts are allowed to receive money, then you dont need all this.

Okay, I might reconsider if I can find out how to safely run them. Any tips, or is it too dangerous to share publicly? Also how do you withdraw and at what cost?

I’m from the uk so there some banks that allow mismatched name withdrawals to your account from paypal.
You can do it in other countries too not only uk.

You can use a btc exchanger
Send to your ‘main’ paypal and withdraw
Or withdraw to a Visa card

Many options

I do have a UK LTD company as well, could you tell me the name of some banks there in the UK, i might give them a try

Essentially a way to have a foreign Paypal stealth where I can actually get the money out.

You mean to get a bank account? Making a foriegn LLC doesn't guarantee getting a bank account as they still require foreigners to open an account in person... and travel is ofc impossible at this moment (and got denied for travel visa)

A tiny carib island where nothing's available. Can only withdraw to card (which is limited), and Paypal account is quite restricted and lacks features. I hate it here lol

Lucky. For mine they ironically request it's a US bank account, can't use a local one. Nvr really understood that...
