That means the "name" field entered in Expired Finder is not the same that you used when claiming the license. Maybe a typo?

and, Can any body tell me how to install this app. i have got a zipped file after i downloaded it. and once i extract the file can't get thing like app format, in return i got kind of code notepad format. . . . can any one tell me how to run this up
