what's cost effective? FB will be cost effective but it'll get you garbage quality leads. Google Ads will be more expensive but you'll convert more leads. If you add more qualifying information to FB adds then your cost per lead will increase to rival Google.

One of the best and cheapest ways to get mortgage leads is through PPC landing pages.
You have to understand that the PPC game can be played in one of two ways.
1. You can do it the same way as everybody else and pay through the nose. This is how it's normally done.
2. But you can also play PPC by targeting keywords that for whatever reason your competitors are overlooking.
Now, there's a reason why they overlook certain keywords, and a lot of the time it has nothing to do with ignorance.
For one reason or another, they think that certain keywords simply don't have the ROI.
Well, if you can tweak your landing page in such a way that you can get decent leads at a decent price, this is the way to go.
Also, Google Ads is not the only game in town. You can also try generating more leads through paid Facebook ad campaigns.
