Strong accounts, Multilogin, residential IPs. But the most important thing in the world, behave as a real user. Don't login, make a BM, and make ads. Start off as if you were a noob again.

Multilogin will work, and sometimes using a new browser like Opera or Firefox also works. Just make sure you embed your proxy within the browser so its reading all traffic through your proxy and not your IP that most likey to be flagged by Facebook. As for proxies I can assist on this if you need

Best strategy currently is compliance combined with strong agency ad accounts. This way you can have your accounts up for months without any issues.
