I added another 4 runs, still nothing and now the pending previous 3 runs vanished. So that's 7 runs that all failed and 3 that just made my money vanish.

Their customer service had the nerve to tell me I used too little quantity and that it was my fault, but nowhere is it stated and they accepted the amount. Horrible service, probably the worst experience I've had on BHW. Do not recommend.
They also tried to pull a fast one and restored my missing runs after I complained. I have screenshots before and after. Working on a shitlist post.
After more than 24 hours, nothing has happened except me being insulted and blamed by their customer service. Meanwhile, I used another Twitter follower service in the Marketplace on a different account to test, and I was able to start getting followers instantly. It's not a problem with the other SMMs, it's this particular one that's providing lackluster service. Extremely infuriated.
