Help me in managing my work

Hey guys,

Kind of stuck in my work so, please help me in arranging my work, and please do leave your suggestions on how can I manage all this.

Currently, I have PR Marketing, my own youtube channel in which I will share tips and tricks for the people who want to learn DM, FB lead ads clients, another youtube channel in which 6 videos are already uploaded with 100+ subscribers and a total of 2k views yet and wants to trade too(Just 1 hour)

Currently, my revenue source is PR MArketing through Fiverr and outside Fiverr too and Fb marketing, and I got around $1k from this sometimes more and less so average is around $1k.

Can you guys please help me in like how can I manage the work and what is the best practice to do all and like how to schedule it well so it doesn't make me crazy?

Just build a flow chart system diagram for your business that means you can be streamlined and follow it, and do what you are currently doing, and prepare documentation for VA's to do it.
Prioritise your tasks everyday more effectively, and maybe part delegate some tasks, like $50 a month, just so you are into the habit of it, and can see the benefit.

I try to do it and prioritize it but most of the time it gets failed because of my laziness and overthinking.

Yes, you need to reduce your stress, and increase your effectiveness by doing this. Once you can see all your tasks at a glance, you can attempt, and I do say attempt at first, to get through everything. You probably won't to begin with, but just start from scratch the next day and do the same again, and within a couple of weeks, you'll find you can get through everything, and free up your time for planning & research.
