Any suggestions on approach for CTA? Phone call or? If the client is on another continent isnt it kinda expensive (roaming and stuff) or is it solvable with Skype credits?

Why not contact those ppl directly from Linkedin then ....

You may get banned from LinkedIn, and you can’t send a good newsletter or info about your products or services on LinkedIn the way emails do.

Question: when you do the emails/ domain, do you set it up based on fact that your domain or email may get banned or flagged as a spam, in other words: it is advisable to never use your actual “money making” site as the domain or landing page or even email related to the money making site, the site you link to these emails is a “burn” site and just in case? Right?
I can easily scrap emails for certain clients in an industry I’m in, but I’m kind of at a cross road on how to deal with your “money site” and the email related to the money site, I thought about creating another site and put some info on it so when they get my emails and click links to get more info, they go to a site I don’t care much about losing it. Can you enlighten us on how you do this by keeping the “money site” safe?

I'd advise you to ask for a phone call as a CTA OR offer a free audit.

For phone calls, there are some dialer softwares that fix your issue such as:
- Ottspott
- CloudTalk
- RingOver
- Aircall
- Toky

Yes, I recommend setting up a new domain knowing that it might get burned. Then you'll set up a redirect to your money website. That way, if people are interested and click on your domain, they will be redirected to the main one. BUT, if the domain gets burned, your main domain will stay intact.
