To me the hosting experience with Libertyvps.net web host is more personal and that extra level of service is easily worth the few extra bucks.
The pricing is very good, especially for what you buy for it. I am glad to deal with them.

I think that each user have his/her own tasks in terms of best perfomance for their web based project.
Based on this fact different providers can be good for different tasks.
I would recommend to decide on the provider basing on your current tasks and goals.

It was in France, one of their biggest datacenter. Tons of data were lost, because they stored the backups in the same datacenter, so ppl lost the data + all the backups.
Many companies in france closed because there were without data (no production and not backups...)
You want a good hosting ? reliable ? go with aws ec2//lighsail, google cloud,.. or digital ocean/vultr.
They are on the top of hosting for a reason : reliable and worst any penny.
Now, you can find cheaper (ovh, contabo...), but it's less reliable

I've used MochaHost and Namecheap, both work well and have a good service. I currently use Cloudways, which serves me very well and has a great performance for being Cloud.

lots of dedicated server and vps hosting in the world.cheap and stable.which provider you choose is up to how much visitors you got on your site.but Stable come first,then Support get in second place.More importantly,you can start with low specs before you have no idea about what specs of vps or dedicated server you pick up,with supported adds on like more cpu cores,ram,bandwidth.
