No, you just need to NOT pay with Crypto.

Pay by Paypal/CC and you will always get your money back in cases like this. I'd never pay with an irreversible payment method for some anonymous user on a forum...

Especially when the account is 4 1/2 years old but only has 117 posts, so just enough to scrape over into Jr VIP and to open a BST.

Hmmmmm...

Imagine spending a non-refundable $499 for membership and $30 for a sales thread to scam someone for $300. This reminds me of that episode of American Dad where one of the characters spends $700 to steal a $10 pair of gloves. How ridiculous.

Only a historical revisionist can make those numbers make sense, but only to other revisionsts.

I often question humans.

IMO bhw should try setup an escrow service . Banning doesn’t solve the problem somehow, we need to be able to recover our money even if it’s just a certain percentage.
Sometime last year my brother lost about $3000 to a developer here and coming back to report he found out that dude had already been banned.

Scammers everywhere. they just do not have human feelings
That is why i get scared to buy from here even if you are a jr VIP

This is so sad. Makes me questionable to do business here.

Well a lot of people here actually have morals. And on top of that they lose their marketplace status ($499). I hired people from here and fortunately had a great experience. But of course there are bad apples everywhere. So you have to report and move along. That's how marketplace is being kept clean. After all that's a game we play in. You can't be sure 100% as you would at 9 to 5 (even there you can't be absolutely sure). Something always can go wrong.

Take a look at how many sellers are on the market place and how many shit lists there are.
The shit lists are a tiny tiny fraction of how many sellers there are.
I personally would rather buy from here than thousands of other forums which offer little to no protection.

@MisterF this is 1 reason i have 0 trust in low post users with no history
regardless of there forum rank, plus for 13 years i had 1 moto
i never sold to new members or low post users, not worth
the hassle .

Or when you see a 9 year old account that hasn't posted for 8 years suddenly become active and open 2 or 3 BSTs.

Check the sellers posting history. Ask yourself why the huge gaps of 5 or 8 years.
Look at the style of content, this often shows a traded account. When someone previously types using excellent English to now looking like an illiterate, means something isn't right.

if it looks to good - it probably is. just simple due diligence
avoid accs sat idle for 10 yrs that suddenly go on a spree
avoid them 0 post users and an account that decided after
10yrs to creep just over 100. the signs are there if people
pay attention

Making Amazon Accounts got a little trickier recently. I guess you need to be a little creative for it to work. I can only assume but probably he was not able to succeed in creating new once. I personally spent a lot of time coming up with a method to get them working. Could be the reason for an exit scam.

I think 24 hours responding to shit list is not enough. Time should be more 48-72 hours
Imagine someone is having an emergency at home.

They get messaged well before the SL goes live as that is protocol.

Oh man I learnt my lesson with these accounts. I bought 25k account. Set everything up with monthly spent ~$850. In 4 months Amazon takes my credits away and tells me they suspect I bought the account!!! Worst part that they didn't apply the credit to the month I used this account for. So I had to come up with $850 or they shut down account!
That was a pain in the butt transferring everything somewhere else because for the services I used $850 definitely was too much!

I agree it's shit but people need to remember this isn't Fiverr and you do need to have your eyes open
