- Have 3 websites linking back to me using skyscraper technique. It takes a really long time I need to research on how to get more links faster.
- Created 4 1500+ info articles
- Created 22 profile articles
- I will now create review articles for my niche

UPDATE #14
So I had a hiatus because of my first born baby. The baby takes a lot of time than what I anticipated, we had to hire a full time nanny. In my country it is affordable to hire someone that will stay in the house 24/7. We just have to provide free food and and extra room. Anyways the past couple of months got me thinking that simply doing keyword research and link building alone is not a great way to enhance my skill as an affiliate marketer.
So I am studying GOTCH SEO. A course I downloaded from the downloads section. Which by the way when I am going to generate an income from my affiliate site I will buy the course as a way of giving back what I owe.
So I am planning to redo my content. Basically I will create a YouTube Channel with the same content as my article but in video form and then link the corresponding article in my video description. I am also aiming to get approved by google news(I have no concrete plan yet on how to get approved but I will take one step at a time).
Before my strategy was to create content and build links with info articles. Moving forward I will change my strategy to something else which I will create a detailed description on my next update.
Here is the screenshot of where my site's traffic is currently.

I already blocked my calendar for the tasks that I am going to do. I will screenshot it and post it on my next update. UPDATE #15
Been a busy couple of weeks. At the start of January I revamped my site. I created a dedicated news page, edited the layout of all the archive pages, edited my meta titles and description to increase my CTR. For the past months I have been getting a decent amount of impressions by google search. I am mainly focused on SEO now and less link building.
I change my schema for all of my articles and also changed the alt tag descriptions of the images in the article to the keyword. Edited all of the articles to have additional keyword density and finally created 10 affiliate articles and 2 info articles each week.
The affiliate articles are about 600 words and the info articles are a minimum of 1400 words each.
Traffic seems to be increasing each week compared to my last post which had zero (0).
Below are the screenshot of my google search console and my analytics.
I plan to continue the content creation along with the YouTube channel soon. I'm looking at ways to generate traffic from Pinterest and social media platforms. My link building campaign gave me 2 external links, but when I was focused on content I now gained more links that link building. So creating content is way more efficient for me right now than link building campaign.
But in the future I plan on starting the link building campaign again when I have more time. It's hard to juggle work, family and this affiliate site. I will update again soon when I change my strategy or add to this existing strategy. Cheers!

Looks like you're out of the sandbox which is really helping you get first steps towards traffic. Looked into HARO at all for links? Getting a few high DR site links will help Google like you. Just any old backlink won't be worth as much as a higher authority site link.

Here is a screenshot of my latest GSC. Average CTR is going up. My traffic on my site is increasing. I just need to create more purchase intent articles to have affiliate commissions.
Are there any guides or courses you guys can recommend for Conversion Rate Optimization?

Hey guys and gals it has been a while since I update this journey thread of mine. I already have affiliate commissions from my website over 200 USD thanks to the guides and helpful people over here at BHW. It is far from the 100 USD per day goal of mine but I am still continuing this journey.
Below is a screenshot of my latest search console report. Almost a million impressions the past 3 months crazy right? This is my first affiliate site and I had zero knowledge about SEO. I am still continuing to learn how to build more links to my website and increase my CTR. I noticed a downtrend on the CTR on 08/22/2021 and hasn't recovered yet. I am going to be link building to see if this pushes the CTR, I don't know maybe you guys might have a suggestion.
I am currently doing 3 news posts per day and 1 review article per week and 3 info articles per day.
Let's keep on hustling! Going to get JR. VIP just to give back to this awesome community.
