Hello, I am looking at these channels, and I am confused about how can they use official MMA videos or any kind of Sports, News, Anime etc videos without Copyright issues? Is it because of the voiceover?
I think it's classified as fair use if you use it for a short period of time and add content on top (e.g. voice) and also they don't show the media company name that owns the content too (e.g. sky sports) so they don't get a trademark claim.
They re using clips and segments of the original video and cutting it up and then adding a voiceover. See if this helps: https://fairuse.stanford.edu/overview/fair-use/what-is-fair-use/
I'm reading in a lot of threads that you need to use maximum 7 seconds clips and do voice over to pass under "fair use". It means that you approximately need 85 clips for a 10 minutes video. My 2¢!
