while Testing, i recommend very flexible ads structure. like you can run Text , Display or Call only. Spend is different on all structures.
So if the value of the products is $20
Text Ads are cheap X 5%
Display for more Reach %10
And calls for Higher Hit Rate + More variable of Monetizing. X 5-10
20% for me is much higher.

I have people doing pretty awesome with small size websites, why not medium+ Size.
Click Fraud is major concern in this, just be open to optimizing your domain and campaigns from time to time.

My ques in I was running BH ads on Google Ads, and I was doing good, but my account got banned. I tried to create new accounts but when I start any WH campaign i get bans, it's happening since 2 months me, Any solution?

do you suggest using the conversion tracking from adwords or manually entering the converting gclick IDs OR manually filtering the good keywords/locations/timings/ad copies combos and cutting out the nonconverting ones.

Obviously conversion tracking in adwords seems like the best and easiest thing to do but i've heard it doesn't track all of the conversions (especially with clickbank)

Tbh i like Conversion Tracking for sales scaling but when it comes of optimizing i choose the in and out of campaign manually. Maybe i am use to it.

What’s the best practice when prepping a domain for google. I know they do a lot of sweeps when detecting the cloaker code or fraud prevention code on safe sites. It’s all about foundation it seems

So views just not comes from advertising only tons of bots , Seo , SMM comes into work as long as the cpv is concerned they Adwords got the Cheap and best CPV ads structure. Cheap CPV depends on what Country Targeted, Keywords Choosen, niche Trending, Ads.
