[AWS] - "Action Required: AWS Account On Hold"

I created a new AWS Free tier account just 2 days ago. The account is verified by VCC($1 was deducted) and phone number through SMS code. I didn't create any instance. But today I received an email with title "Action Required: AWS Account On Hold". What should I do now?

Email content:

Greetings from Amazon Web Services,

We were unable to validate important details about your Amazon Web Services (AWS) account so your account has been placed on hold pending additional verification. At this time, we need you to confirm your address information so we can remove the hold.

If you do not respond within 5 days of this email (by Friday, March 12, 2021), your AWS account will be suspended and you will no longer be able to access AWS services. In certain situations, AWS reserves the right to expedite suspension of your account.

At your earliest convenience, please send us a copy of a current bill (utility bill, phone bill or similar), showing your name and address. If the owner of the payment method is different from the AWS account holder, please provide current bills for both.

IMPORTANT: When you send us your information, please include your email address so we are able to process your fax as soon as possible. We can be reached via secure fax line at +1-206-922-5831 and 866-437-9072.

Once you have sent the requested documents via fax, please contact us at [email protected] and include the following details:

- The billing address and phone number of the payment method on the AWS account
- The billing phone number of the payment method on the AWS account
- Business name and phone number (if applicable)
- The URL for your website (if applicable)
- A contact phone number where you can be reached for additional information
- Your reasons for using Amazon Web Services

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and appreciate your patience with our security measures.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Amazon Web Services

How do I resolve this issue?
Shall I create a new account with the same VCC?
How do I avoid this in the future?
before some days, aws suspended all acc. i face same problem

I create like 20-30 AWS a day, Used to be easier earlier. Since about last 10 days about 80% of my AWS get banned. Initially had 80-90% survival rate. All my Numbers are Unique and VCC too. Still Can't figure out why, I am just assuming its more depending on the IP side of things now.

Which 4G proxies do you use?
And how much do you pay for that?

if you have phone number from uk, you need 4g from uk !
I can manage any number from smspva but I am looking for a reliable 4G proxy provider
That's why I asked you

Hello,
As someone who's facing the same issue, I think it's your browser fingerprint that's the culprit. Not an IP or VCC for that matter (a person is allowed to use the same VCC bc majority of the AWS users would be an organization that used a common payment method). Maximum I've gotten away with was for three days which I used to mine cryptocurrency on every instance that I was able to start. I think everyone who's creating multiple accounts with the same MAC address is getting banned and they even send an email that it was associated with previous closed accounts. Try a MAC spoofer and let me know if it helps you guys. I am going around asking sellers for accounts that have already passed this document screening test and I suggest you do the same to avoid losing money to crypto network fees.

Remember, AWS is a tech company and they would have their own developers and system admins who could design apps to flag your account. You need to proactively find a workaround to every obstacle they might throw at you.

I'll let you know if I'm able to progress further with this.

P.S: I even made a real account with real details and my own VCC with my ID, sent my own utility bills and the account still got suspended bc it was associated with a previously closed account.
