AWS Educate Starter Account not working anymore?

I've tried several edu mails of various institutions over the period of 2 months and every time my application was rejected within 2 minutes of registration. Is it patched now?
I've tried changing browser instances and ip too.

I'm not getting $100 credits anymore.
Account application is being rejected and the ones which are accepted they don't come with $100 credits. Even "AWS Login" tab is missing from Educate accounts.

Would you update on this, I am curious, maybe I am a little too late in the game
