Max of 6 hours. I realized that i get dissatisfied and apparently sad when i need to do a lot of work. That means i am not working smartly enough. When i have to do more work i tend to find a way to make it easier - which i think is my edge or a curse. When i don't make it easier then i think i'm getting dumber. I don't know it's just me i think.

It depends on how many projects I have. Sometimes I work all day and sometimes I don't work at all. However, if I have a large amount of work, I don't take days off.
