You need to contact your AM to get your offer IDs and ask him how to automate the process.

If you're just getting started, you can go with offshore shared hosting instead. It's quite cheap. Look up for onionhosting here on bhw. Then once you're getting thousand visitors a day, you may upgrade it to VPS.

Ad revenue would need to be paid out to an account linked to your real ID eventually. The government would start asking questions on how you're making so much.
I never use my real name when registering on any affiliate networks. Always using fake names and fake addresses to stay anonymous. Trust me, they don't care about your identity. For cashing out, use Bitcoin for your convenience. Most networks accept it.

No, your homepage is nothing but a search bar. You don't place a clickbait videos there.
Yes I add a few sites under one network. And each site will have at least two networks to monetize with. Remember, always diversify your monetization sources.

If you have a good source, you gonna do great money, if you have cheap and low quality sources and geos nothing will make you money .
That is something that people hard to understand. They quickly judge that the CPA/CPM networks are shit because their low quality traffic doesn't convert like they're expected. High quality traffic meaning high conversions.
Some problems I think will occur
Is landing page(what will I use it for) and ranking homepage(how do you rank for other keywords on homepage... That already has a main keyword)
and ranking inner page too

Your innerpages might rank on top for a while until it gets DMCA and then removed from the search engine for good, so I suggest you to not focus on that. Instead, focus on ranking your homepage only. Build a solid foundation to it. Also, do not depend on google entirely, use social media to drive traffic as well.
