Hi, could you tell us how many threads you were running? That is usally the cause for any instabilities. Also, what form of communication did you use and what was your chat username? I want to pull up the chat logs. If you didn't get an answer for over 24 hours then your message must have gotten lost somehow - and for that, I sincerely apologize.
