It was my bad there, i gave the wrong panel name, that's why it took too long. Otherwise i added 2 times 20 dollars and all working fine. Just keep in mind PayPal cuts the fund. For 20$ you pay a fee in amount of 1.80$ or so if i am not wrong.

Also i tried almost every module, they working fine. Except SoundCloud followers. I purchased the "HQ High Quality Followers" but all of the followers were suspicious bot accounts without any profile pic or so. But i got refund anyways.
