Weird Facebook Messenger Issue. HELP NEEDED

I am having a weird issue with my facebook messenger. I read all the messages but when I open facebook again. Most of the recent conversations become unread and I have to then mark all these conversations as seen again one by one. If you see the attached screenshot you can see the blue dot with every conversation which shouldn't be there as I have seen all these messages. If anyone get help me get rid of this issue, I shall be very thankful to him/her. Looking forward to see a solution soon

FB/Messenger is "the home of bugs" for me. I've never expereienced FB (and it's functions) to work properly. Do you have the mobile app on your phone? Is it acting like this too?
Sorry, I know, that this was not that helpful, but I think you need to wait for an update.

Unfortunately, FB/Messenger is a shit on web. For me it's very slow, the bugs and problems are daily. For instance the notifications for my FB pages still appear after opening them, I see FB group posts with 2 days delay. I had a discussion about FB with a few people and I couldn't find anyone who said that it's working properly.
Probably an update will solve your case, let's hope.

The best way to solve these kinds of problems is to reach out to Facebook Support Team directly. They are very friendly and competent in providing resolutions to all kinds of issues.
