It would be more worrying to me that someone selling isn't able to follow basic instructions, such as how/when to bump and use the 72hour rule.

I like BHW and made many friends here but getting ban in IM business is not uncommon. As they say never put all your eggs in one basket. I already have my network. Will not make much diff to me. I join every community with this mindset. Never get banned though. As for josh saga dont be sad keep moving.

I understand but I am talking about unintentionally breaking of rules.
Under tier system, even if 5 years are passed, you are not secure as warnings dont get expired and as a human being, one tends to make mistake.
I thought tier system will help members to prolong their life on BHW but it seems to be the opposite.
In a previous system, if someone was issued a warning for say 3 months, he can choose not to post on bhw for 3 months so warning gets expired but there is no such option in tier system.
