Josh Saga banned

BHW mods are careful and sometimes give multiple lives like in a video game. If the members lose all lives then it's a Game Over.

I thought Josh Saga is a nice guy. He is respectful to other members in many of the comments I've seen. I don't know what kind of rules they break, but it's unfortunate to see active members get banned.
 
He's so sad now, he was in the process of writing a journey thread. Hope he will be given a second chance, it's once of the nicest guys I've met throughout my IM journey.
 
I am usually very curt in my responses in an "Unban" thread but I'll expound so you all get a bigger picture view.

When someone gets a warning for something the first time they get a very gentle warning.
The second time the warning is harsher as well it should be.
The third time, it is here's your hat, what's your hurry and please do not come back as it is clear this is not the platform that fits you best.

Does the staff like to ban members?

Of course not as it is actually counter productive to part of our responsibilities as to growing the forum.

But just like there are member rules listed here, we also have staff responsibilities and rules in place for us as to how to perform the service as a Mod.

In reality we are servants and not Lords of The Manor and we follow protocol as indicated by the Admins and work inside the 4 corners of the rules.
 
Have a doubt, do we get mod messages for warning?

I've already guessed it I think man. If I'm right, the silly thing is it's not even really connected to SEO and wouldn't have given him much benefit anyway.

Was definitely one of the people I've least like to see banned, had some good energy for sure. Nobody above the rules here - mods have been dropped, so...

Im kidding, didnt know the guy. But he didnt follow the rules- he got banned. it is what it is.
I recently got a warning too, shit happens what can u do.. reread the rules and dont whine later.
