Comming back with an update/review:

The Bundle is exactly as advertised. The setup PDF Guide is very easy to read and it covers everything you need from installing the Telegram script to run it with success. I tried it for a couple of seconds and it works perfectly. i've been successfuly scrapped users from a targeted group for later adding. I tried also the group adder script and it worked. However, i might had some issues with the telegram account that i was using because i got the telegram flood error ( i guess it was my fault for using that account). The bonus pdf's are excellent and they are providing great resources from where you can get telegram accounts and many more . overall excellent product. Seller was very quick in responding . A+++

Also, one telegram account can only add 200 users, so what would you suggest work arround for that.. Will we havve to create multiple accounts?

Can it add to an announcement channel too? So that users get notification when we post something? OR it is just limited to groups?

In telegram channel you can only able to add total 200 member
it doesn't matter how many account you have you can only add 200 member after 200 you can't able to add in that channel
after 200 member only can join via invite link or telegram search

no it not apply for group but you can add up to 50 member per day with one account
