Paypal Negative Balance Help Needed

Hello Guys,

I have auto withdraw turned on in my paypal account, which allow me to automatically transfer fund everyday into my Bank account.
Now there are 2 dispute from buyer who asked for refund so I initiated the refund but since Paypal had zero balance it is showing me on Negative balance now.

What I need to do as per Paypal is Transfer same amount of USD (which is $34) to my paypal account in same currency (USD)
Although my paypal account is from India, I tried transferring money from Indian paypal but it shows error.
I also tried sending money from other paypal which is not Indian but getting same kind of error.

Is anyone of you got into same situation? little help would be highly appriciated.

But the problem is no one will be able to send money on my paypal as it say account limited. Until this negative balance will be over.

That is not the case. You can get funds from Non-Indian accounts even though your balance is in negative. You can receive payments to neutralize the negative balance or can add a credit card and pay off the negative balance.

According to the problem you facing on PayPal,you need to get a PayPal account to sent request for payment on your PayPal address for you pay the transaction and get your money out of PayPal,think I help ?

Just go and buy the product from your own store, and don't process the order on your end.

Still u r able to receive money and once u get any balance on your paypal account, paypal will adjust balance automatic

Problem already solved and I got also same type of problem couple of years back but it has adjusted once another client paid for service.
