"BAIH" Error in Adwords

I tried even on RDP.. bbut get the same error// i want to know which ports needs to be opened in an ip address for it to be added..

U cant open ports by yourself, those r closed for a reason. It is so easy to test if its bank, ip or whatever problem. Use same ip with mulitple banks, see if u get same error. If u get then use different isp (simple way is aws to try it, it works on all banks although i hvent used aws for ages). If u still get then its not ip/isp problem. It takes max 30 mins to get the info and u hv been asking that for weeks.

i even tried aceflare.. but still it sometimes gets added and sometimes not..

When it works on aws randomly it can be gmail fault too. As i remember earlier i had same thing. Some gmails allow and some not. So dont buy gmails and make your own and see the difference.

I think many people here already gave you similar answer to your questions ,..even the port spoken about is not really known
There is no magic way of getting this done
More so,

There are other ways of getting this account up aside using a bank account

This can be Seen on the forum..with some tweak
I don't have a method ,nor do I have all billing methods,
But one thing is certain

If you follow enough rules according to AdWords, you will make live accounts even without all the gimiks stated on many threads here,even if they are thresholds accounts

When you say tweak, what is that exactly..?
and do you mean to say that this tweak can get bank account added in google ads

i tried on 2-3 differnet gmails in the aws with the same IP..
it worked on some and it did not on some and the error popped up again and agian..

NO, not a single gmail is bought one.. 90% of Gmails which I try to add bank account into, are my own made..
