Could you tell me when they got blacklisted.. time or year.. and where you read that...I had earlier added pingpong accounts..

how to know of the BAnk accout routing number is blacklisted.. ? or the ports have been closed..?

1) Can you tell a month or year when they stopped getting added..?
2) When you say to crack such accounts, does it mean that ; a way to add the pingpong or payoneer Bank account to Google Ads

Forget this payonner and pingpong babble with it you only humiliate yourself. They will no longer go through since Adwords has blocked it. There are other ways to get threshold accounts, but no one will tell you about them. Generally this threshold accounts business is not an easy business for everyone.

i know that about threshold accounts is not easy.. but still I was wondering if you could tell me the date and time when google ads blocked these banks from google ADS.. anywhere you read or did you find some post which you can share with me

when you say ports; what does that suppose to mean? .. and how to know which port is closed or opened?
and when can the port open?
i even tried after several days on the same google ads account with a different IP too, but still the same thing pops up..
so what is happening in reality

once the Error Pops Up.." Do I have to change another proxy to make it add or open another google ads account and add again.."

After reading some answers , I came to know what is that:
It is reated to some or all of the below points out of which could be some true and some not,...
1) Either the current "IP address" (logged into google Ads account) for a particular "VBA/VCC" has been patched ..?
2) Or the current "IP Address Range" (logged into google Ads account) for a particular "VBA/VCC" has been patched ..?
3) Or is it for "overall Google ads account" the VBA/VCC has been patched..?
4) Or is it the Ports Have been closed which is not allowing to Let the details go..?
5) Or is it for a particular gmail; all Google Ads accounts in it have been patched for a particular VBA/VCC..?
which is out of the six or more coule be true///
And if itis true for all or some of points. can you explain it to me someone here in detail...
