That was Tidal, you unable to deliver Tidal, please remove Tidal service.

Then on 2Feb, 1-2 weeks afterwards, yourside canceled it.
That was napster, you unable to deliver Napster, please remove Napster service.

Dont offer to check that issues this issues to fix. fix later on your time after refund my UDS50.

I did ask, but madilyn replied on 16Feb "this is no refund from the panel according to our terms and service"

so, please advice me how to proceed to get back my USD50?
